Our Return Policy

• Returned items must be unworn and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, deodorant, or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.

• Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery for the amount paid for the product.

• A store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item granted it is in good condition.

• Colors may vary due to photography lenses, lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and buyer will pay return shipping in each case.

• If an order is placed prior to receiving the store credit email, we can not refund for that amount. You do need to wait until the store credit is applied to your account to place the order to use this credit.

• If you place an order and do not select to use your store credit code, we can not go in and apply it after the fact. We have no way of doing so. If you have any problems with your store credit then please email us at ajyoungdreaming@gmail.com before you place an order.


DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS

• If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our store within 3 days to inform us on the issue. If we are not informed within 3 days of you receiving the item then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

• We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.


SHIPPING

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.

• Free Shipping on orders over $50 in the U.S. 

• We are in no way responsible for delays with USPS shipping.

• We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we transfer the packages to them.

• We are also not responsible for products that are marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

• Please allow 3-4 business days for our store to receive the return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process the store credit.

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back the returned product.

• Returned items will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No Exceptions.
